The HPS series multi-cylinder hydro-cone crusher is mainly used for the secondary or tertiary crushing process of sand and gravel processing. The HPS series multi-cylinder hydro-cone crusher is a new generation of hydro-cone crusher launched by Shanghai Shunky based on years of crusher research and development experience and according to advanced domestic and foreign technologies after several generations of product R&D and application. Based on the structure of the traditional multi-cylinder hydro-cone crusher with a structure of fixed main axle and eccentric sleeve rotating around the main axle and the principle of lamination crushing, a breakthrough optimization has been made to the structure of the equipment, significantly enhancing its performance and crushing capacity. The designed hydraulic lubrication system makes the operation control more intelligent and humanized while ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.

1. More efficient structural upgrading
Based on the structure in which the main axle is fixed and the eccentric sleeve rotates around the main axle, the design of the transmission components and the lubrication sealing structure has been further optimized for the equipment. The equipment has a strong bearing capacity, and its installed power is the largest among similar models in the industry, with small size, high efficiency and low noise.
2. Large handling capacity
Due to the composite design of the crushing stroke, crushing speed and crushing cavity type, the output is increased by 35% to 60% compared with the traditional cone crusher.
3. Good particle shape of the lamination crushing material
The material is crushed by the principle of lamination crushing. The efficiency of lamination crushing has been improved by optimizing the equipment and cavity type, with high crushing efficiency, low wear of vulnerable parts, cubic finished product particle shape and high content of fine particles. The quality of finished products is improved and the production costs of equipment and the entire system are reduced.
4. Accurate full hydraulic control
The equipment is of hydraulic operation from cavity cleaning and overload protection to adjustment and locking. It works stably and the operation is convenient. The hydraulic system structure is comprehensively optimized and upgraded, with more accurate regulation and control and more sensitive automatic protection reaction.
5. High crushing ratio
The HPS series multi-cylinder hydro-cone crusher has a significant advantage of high crushing ratio when the material hardness is relatively high and the required particle size of the finished product is small.
6. Multi-cavity type conversion--one machine with multiple uses
It is equipped with multiple medium and fine crushing cavity types. The conversion between cavity types can be realized only by replacing a few parts (such as corresponding cavity type lining board). Pursuant to the principle of lamination crushing, it better meets the requirements of medium crushing and fine crushing processes to achieve one machine with multiple uses.
Operating principle
When the HPS series multi-cylinder hydro-cone crusher works, the motor will drive the equipment transmission shaft to rotate through the pulley and triangular belt, the transmission shaft will drive the eccentric sleeve to rotate around the main axle through the meshing of umbrella-shaped bevel gear and the eccentric sleeve will drive the cone part to conduct cranking motion to continuously squeeze and knead the materials. The materials are subjected to forces from multiple directions to be broken along their own textures and ground to form building aggregates with relatively high compressive strength. The materials meeting the discharge requirements are discharged from the swing gap of the crushing wall, while the remaining materials continue to be crushed until the final requirements are met.
